While weddings are frequently a collaborative effort with family and friends, a honeymoon is often the first big decision you make together as a couple. Not all newlyweds take a honeymoon, but if you can, do so. It'll help you to recover from the wedding and give you a few much-needed days alone before real life intrudes. Here are some tips to ensure your honeymoon is everything you hope for: 1. Decide on a budget. Does your wallet allow for a night at Motel 6, a round-the-world tour, or something in between? Figure out how much you have to spend beforehand, and perhaps count on some wedding-gift money to add to your stake.
2. Discuss your idea of the perfect vacation. Who likes sports? Who likes sun? Who wants to explore an exotic destination? Make a list of the things that mean the most to you, and compare notes. Marriage is going to call for lots of compromise, and this is the place to start.
3. Pick your destination. If you're on a budget, keep in mind that many places adjust their rates seasonally. For instance, it's cheaper to visit the Caribbean in warm weather, and ski resorts that offer a lot of activities (but no snow) in summer will also be less expensive.
4. Use a travel agent. It doesn't cost any more, and he or she can make all the arrangements without you having to worry about them.
5. If you're going abroad, leave plenty of time to make sure your passport is current, you have the visas needed. If inoculations are required, get them well before the wedding.
6. When you make reservations, let them know you're honeymooning. People will want to please you (in the hope that you'll return). You may get upgraded to a better room at no charge, receive a welcome bottle of champagne, and who knows what else.
7. Protect your privacy. This is especially important if you have a destination wedding, where the guests tend to hang around. A honeymoon is for the two of you, period. No kids, no pets, no company.
8. Take more money than you think you'll need. (To make things uncomplicated, you may want to pre-pay for everything, or select a resort that offers an "all-inclusive" rate, which usually covers food, lodging, activities, drinks, transfers, tips, and more.)
9. Schedule time to do nothing at all. While it's great to know you have plenty of options in terms of things to see and do, this is, after all, a honeymoon.
10. Be considerate of your spouse's wishes.

Dating Advice for Women
Dating advice for women has changed drastically in the last decade. Women used to bend over backward to please a potential suitor; then they would lose them as time wore on. “I never seem to get past the first few months. What am I doing wrong?” Sound familiar? It may be that your intentions are good, but you’re trying too hard. I’ve put together some sound dating advice for women in order to avoid this and make things go more smoothly. Talk to Avoid Don’t talk about your last boyfriend, fiancĂ© or husband on the first few dates. Men immediately think one of two things if you talk about your ex during a date. Either you’re still hung up on him, or you’re bitter and angry about being dumped. A guy doesn’t like either of these options, and he’ll take a pass on someone with that kind of emotional baggage. Be Yourself For a single woman, dating advice should probably be more complex than that, but really it all boils down to those two words: “Be yourself.” Don’t pull out all the stops being a sex kitten siren if that’s not you. Forget playing the girl next door to catch his interest if you aren’t that type. You’ll only get yourself stuck in a role that will increasingly frustrate you, and eventually he’ll see through the charade and be offended by your dishonesty. Don’t Trap Him Even if you sense that he’s got great potential early on, don’t start talking about your future dreams of marriage and family right away. The most often overlooked dating advice for women is usually the most crucial – men take things slower. They don’t want to be considered as a potential life partner after date number two. They’ll feel trapped, and like all trapped animals, they will run or go on the defensive. Accept Compliments You’d be surprised how often men complain that women can’t take a compliment properly. If he tells you that you look wonderful, a simple, “Thank you,” is the right response. Don’t cut yourself down or accuse him of, “Just saying that.” You also shouldn’t go into details about how you borrowed the dress from a friend because it was so expensive you’d never dream of buying it yourself, blah, blah, blah. If he says you look lovely in the dress, acknowledge the compliment and move on. He really doesn’t want the details of how or why you look great – but he will appreciate being thanked for noticing that you do. Accepting a compliment means you are self-confident and comfortable with yourself. Be on Time This is great dating advice for women and men. Whether you’re meeting a man someplace or he’s picking you up, it’s not polite or thoughtful to leave him cooling his heels – and no, and it doesn’t build anticipation. It just makes you seem rude. Express Your Opinions Honestly Men quickly get bored with women who always agree with everything they say. Sure, it may be flattering to the ego for a bit, but that soon fades to boredom and/or irritation when they realize they can’t sustain an intelligent conversation with you. It’s also draining personally to keep up that kind of charade – what are you going to do a year from now? Stand firm on issues that are important to you, discuss events honestly but don’t get into an argument just to prove you’re right. Disagreeing on some things is what adds spice to a relationship – as long as the disagreements aren’t moral or life-changing. Don’t be a Pest It may sound like old-fashioned dating advice for women, but I believe it still holds true – men like to know they’re interesting, but they don’t want to be nagged into dating you. Can you call a man a few days after a date and thank him for a nice evening and chat? Sure! But don’t call the next day, then the next, then the next. Leave one message – if he’s interested, he’ll call you back. It may take a few days (he could be busy, he could be nervous). If he isn’t interested, increasingly desperate, repeated messages from you won’t help your cause. Be Positive You are on a date, not at a therapy session. Spilling your guts about how much your mother drives you crazy and why you want to kill your boss will not endear you to a man who had hopes of enjoying a relaxing evening with you. Should you hope that a relationship includes friendship? Yes! But don’t treat a man you’ve recently started dating like your old college roommate or priest. True confessions aren’t good for the soul or the relationship too early on, and lots of complaining gives the impression you may never be happy with your life. Dating advice for women could go on for pages, but the eight major rules above will cover almost every situation. Whether it’s your first date or your tenth, it’s all about being true to yourself, honest with him and kind to both of you.

Bust (Breast) Care Tips

Having a healthy body is important but as women, we often overlook areas of our health that should be closely monitored. Our breasts are the perfect example of this. With the rise in the number of breast cancer diagnoses, more awareness is being placed on breast screenings and exams. One of the most important keys to fighting breast cancer and other breast disorders is early diagnosis. An early diagnosis allows doctors a greater chance at successfully treating any illnesses that are found. There are a few things that can be done to ensure that you stay on top of managing the health of your breasts. The first step to remaining healthy is to eat a good variety of healthy foods including plenty of fruits and vegetables. Avoid fatty foods like French fries and pizza since some reports link fatty foods as a cause for breast cancer. For women 20 years old and older, a self breast exam should be performed each month. This exam should be done at the same time each month. The best time is generally after the menstrual cycle has ended.
A self exam allows you to get adjusted to the normal feel and texture of your breasts which will allow you to notice any suspicious changes when they first occur. Often, the changes are the result of monthly hormonal changes but it's always better to play it safe than be sorry later. In addition to performing a self breast exam each month, it is also important to also have a clinical breast exam done as well. A clinical breast exam should be performed at least once every three years. A clinical breast exam is one that is done by a medical professional and the breast is examined while the patient is lying down and sitting up. It is important to remember that not all strange breast lumps or changes are cause for concern. Experts say that eight out of 10 breast lumps are harmless. Just because the statistics are your favor doesn't mean your breast health can be left to chance. Be sure to remember to examine them each month. Having saggy breast is very common, especially in women who have large breasts and who are aged. Adding to the problem, hormonal changes - both during pregnancy and as you reach menopause - make breasts sag even more. You can choose to carry out a plastic surgery. Apart from surgery, you can lift your breast up in a natural way. The best strategy to prevent sagging is to wear supportive sports bras that have good upward support and hold the breasts close to the chest. Strength exercises that target the pectoral muscles may provide some benefit in elevating overlying breast tissue. Push-ups, dumb-bell flies and weight machines that work the pectoral muscles may provide some aesthetic benefit. De-emphasize your focus on weight and continue regular exercise and healthy eating habits.
Exercise for your Breast
For this you will require a set of three-pound dumbbell.
Lie down on a mat. Hold one weight in each hand and extended your arms out at shoulder level. Raise both arms straight up together above your body, keeping your elbow slightly bent, so that the weights meet over your chest. Return the weighs out to your sides at shoulder height. Repeat the exercise 13 to 15 times.
Lie down on a mat. Extend your arms and hold the weights up in the air over your chest. Bend your elbows and lower the weights toward your chest, with your elbows out to the sides at shoulder level. Extend your arms straight back up over your chest. Repeat the exercise 13 to 15 times.
Take a weight in each hand, extend your arms out to each side and do 15 small, backward circles about a foot in diameter. Widen the circles slightly and do another 15, then repeat these two steps going forward.
Nutrition for your Breast
Eat less animal fat. Eat more oily fish and use extra virgin olive oil instead of standard cooking oils.
Top up your diet with an antioxidant supplement, including vitamins C, E, beta-carotene and the mineral selenium. Also eat plenty of antioxidant-rich fresh fruits and vegetables, especially onions, garlic, carrots, tomatoes, broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower.
Eat more fibre, especially oats, rye, millet, brown rice and beans. Fibre helps to move food through the gut and may reduce the re-absorption of oestrogen.
Limit alcohol - it can cause an increase in oestrogen levels.
Cut back on coffee, cola, chocolate and strong tea.
Increase your protein intake. Protein is needed to build and keep muscles tone and firm. Protein also provides much-needed Collagen. Three to four meals a day that consist of protein is recommend.
Another thing that is important to avoid 'drooping' or 'sagging' breasts is wearing a good supportive bra, especially during pregnancy and exercise.
Choosing a Good Sports Bra
It is really important to wear a good sports bra when exercising regardless of the size of your bust. It will help to reduce breast pain and minimise 'sagging' in the future! But many women don't know how to choose the right style or size. Here are our tips for finding the right sports bra.
Make sure that the bra is specially designed for sports use. Most bras are not designed for the increased movement during exercise. If you want to use a non-sports bra you already own, make sure it has a 'firm support'.
Measure your size properly. Most of the women wear wrong size bras.
Check the bra strap. It should be firm but comfortable. If it is too loose the bra won't stay put, but too tight and it will be hard to breathe.
Check that the cups are the right size. If there is any bulging the cup size is too small, if the cups wrinkle the cup is too big. It is important to get the right cup size.
